Digital Marketing for Trading Companies in Dubai & the UAE

Websites, SEO and AI-search visibility for UAE trading, import-export and distribution companies, run by a Mumbai team remotely, with your accounts in your name.

Buyers shortlist suppliers online before they ever call. We build the category pages, the search presence and the quote flow that let a buyer find you, check you and ask for a price, and we report enquiries, not impressions.

How buyers find suppliers

Why trading companies are hard to find online

Buyers search by product, not by company

A buyer types the product and the place, such as “[product] supplier Dubai” or “[product] wholesaler UAE”, long before they know your name. A homepage that says “general trading” answers none of those searches.

The shortlist happens before the call

Procurement teams and main contractors look at a supplier’s website and listings first, and some now ask an AI assistant who to shortlist. If those checks come up thin, you can be dropped without ever knowing it.

Catalogues hidden in a PDF

Many trading sites keep the range in a PDF or on one long Products page. That is hard to read on a phone and gives search engines nothing specific to rank. One page per category does.

Enquiries start on WhatsApp

In the UAE a quote request often begins as a WhatsApp message or a call, not a web form. A site that makes a buyer hunt for the button loses the enquiry to the supplier whose button is one tap away.

Who this is for

Built for UAE trading companies, not everyone

General trading & import-export

You source in one place and sell in another, across many categories. We organise the range into clear category pages so each product line can be found on its own and a buyer can see what you actually supply.

Distributors & wholesalers

You hold stock and supply other businesses in volume. We build the supplier-search presence, the brand and line-card pages and the quote flow that turn a trade enquiry into a conversation.

Suppliers to contractors & hospitality

Your buyers are contractors, hotels, restaurants and facilities teams who compare a few suppliers before they ask for a price. We work to put you on that shortlist and give you the proof that keeps you there.

Buyer checks

What a buyer checks before they enquire

Is this a real company?

Trade licence details, a registered point of contact, named people, the brands you represent and clients you can show. Buyers who have been burned by a thin website look for these first.

Can I see what they supply?

Clear category pages, brands and specifications, and photos that are yours. A buyer who cannot tell within a few seconds whether you stock what they need moves on to the next result.

Can I get a quote quickly?

A short request-a-quote form, a WhatsApp button and a phone number that work on a phone. How fast you reply is part of how buyers judge a supplier.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do you work with trading companies in the UAE?

Yes. Trading and import-export companies are one of the groups we focus on, alongside HVAC and MEP contractors. Our published client work includes the website for Hira Trading, a UAE hospitality supplies, steel and general trading company. We describe that work as a website because that is what we have published, and we do not quote results we cannot show you.

How do trading companies get found on Google?

Buyers search by product and place, for example “[product] supplier Dubai”, “[product] distributor UAE” or “[product] exporter”. A trading company gets found when each product category has its own page that answers that search, the site loads quickly on a phone and the company details match across Google, directories and its own website. We build that structure and keep adding to it every month.

Why do we show up for our company name but not for our products?

Your company name is the one search where you have no competition. Buyers who do not know you yet search for what they need, such as the product plus the city, and a site without category pages gives Google nothing to match. Category pages are how product searches find you, and they are usually the first thing we add.

What should a trading company website include?

A page for each product category, specifications and brands you may legitimately state, a request-a-quote form, a WhatsApp button on every page and the proof a corporate buyer checks first, such as trade licence details, certifications you hold and a line card. You own the domain, the content and the enquiry data. See our website development service and our B2B website checklist.

Can you get my trading company onto Google Maps?

Only if you have a real, staffed address that Google can verify. Where an office, showroom or warehouse counter qualifies, we optimise the profile. If you do not have one, we do not invent one, and the effort goes into organic results and AI answers, where buyers find suppliers anyway. See Google Business Profile optimisation.

Can you help us reach overseas and export buyers?

Yes, in the same way. International buyers check a supplier’s website before they reply, so clear category pages in English, credentials they can verify quickly and an easy quote request matter even more. If your buyers search in Arabic or another language, that is scoped separately at the audit, and we never publish machine-translated pages.

Are you based in the UAE?

Not physically. Hype Marketer is a Mumbai team that works with UAE clients remotely, with a registered point of contact in Sharjah. We do not have an office in Dubai or anywhere else in the UAE, and we do not pretend to. We work Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm India time, which is 8:30am to 4:30pm in the UAE, and we answer on WhatsApp.

How much does it cost?

After the free audit you get a fixed monthly scope and one price in writing. We do not publish a fixed price for trading companies because the scope depends on how many product categories you have, whether you need a new website or fixes to the current one, and which markets you sell into.

Can you guarantee first position on Google, and how long does it take?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We commit to the work: the audit, the fixes, the category pages and a monthly report. Product terms with many established suppliers take months, not weeks, and we will show you which terms are realistic first and which are long-term.
